Nothing is blocked yet — the extension does nothing at all until you name something. Two minutes and you're set up for good.
Click the Few Seconds Focus icon in the toolbar to add your first group — or walk through it below: four steps, about two minutes.

Pin the icon first
Click the puzzle piece at the right of the address bar and pin Few Seconds Focus. The icon is how you block a site in one click, and how you check how much of a window you have left.
You only do this once.

Block a site from the popup
Open the site you'd rather not open — Reddit, YouTube, the news — and click the icon. The popup already knows where you are, so blocking it is one click: put it in a group you have, or start a new one.
A new group starts at 20 seconds and 5 minutes, which is a good place to start. You never have to type a URL.

Next time, hold the button
Press it and keep pressing — let go early and the ring slips back, so you can't fidget your way through it. Reach zero and the whole group opens for 5 minutes.
Nothing is ever refused. It's a pause, not a lock.

Adjust the two numbers as you go
If 20 seconds stops working, raise it. If 5 minutes never feels like enough, that's information too.
Per group, so shopping can hold ten seconds while social holds forty-five.
